Excellent assistance from Jon at the Cardiff location. I called to place an order for home delivery, and everything proceeded without a hitch. I was informed that the courier would send me an email and a text on the delivery date. and received emails and SMS up until the day of delivery. The courier also called 30 minutes beforehand. Overall, the local store and courier service have left me rather impressed.

I paid £1256 for this television on January 18th, but a week later, I got an email offering the identical model for just £1169 as part of a January special. Speak with the manager of customer services, who really apologised and set up a refund to take advantage of the January discount. I consider it to be customer service. Although it could take some time to get proficient with all the capabilities, television is fantastic!
