My experience with EDF has been less than stellar, to put it mildly, but it has recently improved since I feel like I'm being treated like a person rather than a cash cow. My engagement with Bev has improved my interactions with EDF to such an extent that I am overjoyed right now. However, front-line employees are typically the ones who bear the brunt of criticism, while others benefit. It's about time they got greater recognition; perhaps higher compensation would be a good idea.

My call was handled by Loretto today. I received excellent customer service and was really satisfied. I had put off contacting the company since I had experienced traumatising incidents in my life. putting off tasks and ignoring letters and emails. I summoned the bravery to call and check the amount owed today. He guided me through the procedure carefully, and by the conclusion of the call, I had set up debt payback and monthly direct debit payments for electricity. incredibly professional and helpful.
