Ealing Council is based on LIES they don't care what happens to their tenants all they are interested in is money as long as they get their rent and council tax that's all they are interested in they don't care about you, the tenant.

I have tried four times now to get green recycling bags. The council has no email address or a website section for making complaints. It is ridiculous having to hang on the phone for so long. Do they imagine they are perfect - so no-one needs to complain?

I cannot believe the rudeness of a member of staff on the phone today - I was talked over and shouted at twice, all I wanted was the new of a Councillor. Apparently, I should have looked on the website.

If i could give Ealing a minus star trust me i would. Abysmal service, never collect unless i complain and when i do they take a further two weeks to do anything.

I will dump my rubbish on steps of Town Hall in future
