I have ordered twice roller blind and both times it arrived at sainsburys ferndown damaged ,it seems your delivery drivers dont take enough care with fragile items

I bought a bush cooker a month ago, after the engineer installed it it developed a problem with 2 of the hob heat lights where the hobs weren't hot but the lights were on, an engineer came out but he didn't have the right parts to fix it, i as also told it needed new rings, another appointment was made for me only to be told the engineer wasn't coming as argos couldn't get the parts, so a 3rd appointment was made for 27th may for a collection of the faulty cooker & a delivery of a replacement cooker, another engineer came only for me to find he didn't have a reply cooker, so it was another phone call to argos & i now have another appointment for delivery & collection on 24th june, im not happy about whats happened & will not be buying any large goods from argos again

I really don’t know why there are so much hassle! I was hopping this should be an straight forward transaction and hence purchase something online and paid for it and received the product, please do make sure you check your internal process and investigate further as this has caused an unpleasant shoping experience for me!

quick note to say that My wife has trying to get money of a camera which we bought then out of stock , so we did not received the camera , argos promise to refund ! straight away , now after 2months , few emails, a few chats on the phone , not been resolved , what is going on !!!!

Delivery

Phoned up on day of delivery to say it was not coming. Then said it was coming the next week. Delivery driver and his mate turned up the followng week. Checked tap was ok for fitting went to get dishwasher of machine. No machine on the lorry !! Driver said he would contact customer services and they would contact us. No contact was made by customer services. Tried to get hold of them for 3 days no joy until the 3rd day. Apparently the 1st failed delivery was due to a lack of drivers. The 2nd failed delivery we never got a reason why that did not turn up, but they blamed the driver for not contacting them and they did not know it had not been delivered. They then tell me it will be delivered next week but had not contacted to tell us it would be coming. We wait with baited breathe for the next comedy of errors. Very unprofessional

Complaining about 2 Keter Magix cabinets I purchased off Argos one from my local Argos at Merry Hill, West Midlands and one from Argos on Ebay both have been dilivered on the corners returned the one to Ebay and got a refund and I've managed to repair the other one, BUT the problem your stock people or the couriers you use no joke returning this item.

i ordered a item which argos told me it would arrive on Saturday or before , i checked friday then saturday ,still not arrived , i was told it would be put on for sunday after a second staff member intervened as the first person was rude and not helpfull , he then told me it definitely will be here on sunday , sunday arrived and still item not arrived , some one cancelled my item without a call or text to me , amazing , now i could not do my work , i waited days in the first place to order from my local branch which i support amazon would have been next day delivery, sad we have to shop were local jobs are at risk but having bad service like this makes me think twice/tel number 07751915868

I was a regular Argos customer however, of late I find there is no point even using my app or going to the website because anything and everything I search for is NEVER available in ANY “stores” anywhere nearby me, and I’m talking within 40+ miles. This is no doubt because you only have the tiniest little space within Sainsbury’s! What’s the point in actually having Argos in Scotland?
