When the customer service member just hangs up when you ask why friends you were travelling with have received full refund, giving their booking ref to be transparent, & you have not, nine months later. That is not a good service.

Since May 2020 to December 2020 emailed Easyjet13 times wrote a letter, no reply/response to anything.

Sent another letter to Easyjet Head Office to inform them I am taking them to the small claims court only to be informed by the post office that Easyjet head office is not accepting any mail, Easyjet are doing everything and anything not be accountable to their paying customers!!! after Covid-19 they will be looking for our business and I for one will never get involved with Easyjet again, a thoroughly discusting company the way they are treating their customers.

Flight refund

I am still waiting for the refund for the canceled flight in May.

When I send Emails to you your reply is you will reply within 48 Hours

this is a joke you never do how much longer do have to wait?

Got delayed in greece for 24hrs so booked in hotel for extra day after my daughter told us not easyjet they waited another 5hours after my daughter told us now they are saying i cant have a refund because i booked it before the flight was rescheduled rubbish when i checked my booking they had changed the flight and my seat that i paid for extra leg room robbers

I must say that your staff need training about flight passes , I was at Gatwick airport on the 18th October I had trouble with my flight pass it took 11/2 time we got to the flight the air craft had gone so I lost my holiday another thing that took so long thay didn’t know the flight code .

I booked a flight on 18th October to fly to paphos cyprus, I lots my flight because on the form to fly I had to put the flight code but it never showed up then I found out to late that the code was u2 so I couldn’t fly because nobody knew your staff at Gatwick airport thay should be training.

Booked and payed in march for flight to spain just got message to say return flight changed, no good as i need to be back for work 2 hours before it lands.Travelled with easyjet many times but this shabby to say the least i now stand to lose hotel payment as well. Thanks EASYJET. (never again)

bad policy & poor customer service

We cannot recall a worse airline to deal with. We are unable to take an easy jet flight because Americans are barred from France. We are unable to rebook the flight as we don't know when the restrictions will be lifted. EasyJet says "tough". They will only refund the tax on the ticket. They will not offer a voucher to use at a later time. So unfair. We will never fly EasyJet again.

Refund for cancelled flight

Flight cancelled promised a refund which has not arrived . This company is very quick to add charges for the slightest mistake to a booking so I’m letting them know that each day I wait for a refund I’ll be charging £25 a day for my admin time and inconvenience. Remember these crap companies for what they are and how apallingly they treat the customers and staff. Hope they go bankrupt - after they’ve compensated me of course!
