swansea council used a cowboy builder who destroyed plumbing work and give me an expensive toilet roll holder the builder did not know how the handles are used by disabled people the , that why i got an expensive toilet holder the builder placed there i did ask the builder who i know is not a builder why he give me an expensive toilet holder his reply was i did not know were it went so i placed it there it supposed to be a wetroom for my hygene but its not usable the pipes leak water from being forced because the hole that was put there is in the wrong place drilling holes in expensive flooring used for wet rooms , its only a wet room because of the leaks the builder destroyed the flooring when he drilled a hole or two
