Many of us travelled to Liverpool for a hen party. We travelled to Nottingham from Kettering. We had a great journey with the assistance of the man selling refreshments. A special thanks to Ross from Sheffield. He kept us amused the entire time. He had incredible humour, dancing, and singing. He is a valuable asset to the railway. I'd like to thank Ross for making our weekend enjoyable.

To ensure that I receive the correct tickets and any extras to which I am entitled, she goes above and beyond. She is a really nice individual who constantly says hi.
