maintenance of your property

You have a property next to my home at the following post code GL16 7NY at the moment the property and surrounding area are in need of repair and cutting down of weeds, nettles etc. Normally you come out to clean this area but nothing has been done yet and it is becoming an eyesore . Can you please reply if this is to be sorted.

On line my account
City where company is located (optional): unknown

Having signed up to on line account management unable to log on because "account details can't be found contact this number" Over two months changed the password to no avail. "This number" customer services discussed for 3 hours 14th Aug. includes Abbie, Gareth, Leuan and Lean. All did their best no reflection on them. Left me with ANOTHER (yes that's right another password change!) password change to be checked on Tuesday because it has to be "left for at least 24 hours to take effect." eh!! really? This is simply a buck pass to the outside left, hope he goes away tactic. All paid up to October but want to see my account. What's wrong with you people?

Bet this missive is similar to SETI without a receiver. There are stars to colour in and yes I did leave them blank on purpose. I have a great silly story to tell my friends thanks.

Oh and rating is required, you got it but you don't like it. I can't send this in without colouring in some of the stars. Forced to do 1 star but not a true rating far too generous.
