The reason I enjoy C2C is that it travels to Liverpool Street, which is something I appreciate about it. I take it frequently. The fact that it is delayed at Chafford Hundred is something I dislike about it, but I also appreciate that C2C does not interlock with any other network.

Currently, on July 19, 2022, I am leaving for Westcliff. At Upminster Station, I encountered a really kind and accommodating crew. Martina was approachable, professional, and transparent, and she brightened my day today. She graciously assisted me in finding the correct station.Even in 40-degree heat, Martina provided excellent customer service and was highly organised.
