Bensons for Beds complaints number & email.

Our Mattress is 3 years old with a so-called guarantee of 10 years, yet Bensons
are refusing to honor this Guarantee despite the mattress sagging badly both sides of the bed.
Since the mattress has a thick topper it does not show how deep the sagging is, even so our
string Test shows a 3.5cm sag.
In the Lay Test the Inspector positioned himself almost in the middle of the bed on the firmest part of the mattress on both sides and ultimately deemed the claim as false.
Prior to this I had always considered Bensons to be a reputable company and believed the 10 year Guarantee to be valid, very disappointed .
Because of the back problems partly caused by this mattress we will be forced to buy a new one, but it will never be from Bensons.

Terrible service still waiting on a side wooden panel 3 months later .
They really don’t give a stuff despite lots of calls and managers not getting back to you.

Despite waiting 10 weeks a part I paid for there is still no sign of this part for my sons bed.
Managers do not call you despite promises and staff still have no idea when the parts going to arrive.
Do not buy from this company

Apsolutly appalling service at their Peterborough Brotherhood store. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a manager (David or Jim, he decided to use 2 different names when dealing with us!).
For 3 months now we have been stuck with an incorrect sofa bed, an order put through by David/Jim, he has refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer a adequate resolution.

I am still waiting for Bensons to refund me after a year,. I brought a new bed base and mattress which is faulty, Bensons will only replace the base and not the mattress. I want a full refund,they have finally acknowledged that the base was sold broken. I would not buy anything from them again. I am still waiting for the CEO to reply to my emails. I am in the process of contacting the press.
