Im.a new customer to freemans , i ordered a fitbit watch £220!! Parcel arrived with no watch inside ,, i called tominform freemans !!
Sent a second parcel out so now i owe for 2 fitbits £440 :( and not heard a thing back from them !!
Evri were the couriers that delivered empty parcel i wreckon some thieving bast××d had the watch out of package !! Whats up with humanity these days

Recently I ordered three items online from this company and paid before delivery. I want to return one of the items as it is not suitable. I packed the item and the courier from Hermes came, they could not collect the package as the relevant label was missing. I rang Freemans and they said that as it had come from a supplier of theirs, no returns label was included. They said they would send me the correct label, which they did and gave me a date for the return. On that day the courier did call as he was delivering another parcel for me. I handed him my return package, he said he could not take it and he would return the following day, well he did not come. I rang freemans again, (bearing in mind the cost of the phone calls) and I had stayed in all day for the promised collection. They arranged another day. When I said I wanted recompense for the calls and the day I stayed in, the lady said a manager would ring me back. Well, I am still waiting for that call and for the returns to be collected. I will NEVER order any thing from this company again. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK SOME WAY. DISGUSTING!!!
