This firm is unreal; after I terminated my contract and returned all of the equipment, the track and trace indicate that it was delivered six weeks ago, but they are planning to charge me an additional £190.00 for stuff that they say I never received.

The customer support provided by BT is dreadful. I had a very bad encounter with the group. My broadband hasn't functioned since the fifth; I was told someone would come, but they weren't scheduled; someone tried to fix it on the fourteenth but was unable to. The engineer claimed he had no idea how to fix it. I scheduled an appointment with an open-reach engineer and got an appointment confirmation. took time away from work, and the appointment wasn't even scheduled.

When I called BT, I got the worst experience possible—customer service was insensitive. You would think that after five years with BT, they would try their hardest to offer the greatest customer service. They said they would schedule me for after Christmas. I cancelled my broadband since their services are appalling, and my Wi-Fi is still broken. Please your customer support representatives should be trained.
