Return feeder driver

We would like to inform you of the heartless conduct of the return feeder driver. Booking ID 1165610. Tour Ref. W5usbL/1. Tour Dep. Date 17th Oct. 2022. When we left our main tour coach the driver told us we could leave our hand luggage on the coach because it was raining but we must collect them by 2-00pm. Then we queued for the feeder coach in the pouring rain, all the other coaches were loaded but we were still standing in pouring rain while our driver was fiddling around in the dry of the coach! He eventually got off the coach and walked away ignoring our calls of “can we get on,” still no reply.We decided to board. When about a dozen were on the coach the driver returned, after a short exchange of shouting at each other he said he was the driver, he needed to check the coach and he wanted us off and only he would tell us when we could get on!Then he disappeared again! Just as we had got off a lady called Carol told us to get back on and tell the driver she told us to board. He eventually left but hadn’t done any checking of the coach which he said we would have been in the way of.Finally we got going being the last coach to leave and no checks had been made, not even a head count!. We hadn’t been travelling long before the driver said there had been an ‘error’ and we needed to stop at Northampton services for twenty minutes, it turned out to be one and a half hours. He was not very forthcoming with information about the ‘error’. When eventually two elderly people who he’d left behind arrived in a taxi, we set off. When he did start to explain it was all Shearings fault!. What sort of a human being would make a coach load of pensioners stand in the pouring rain!
It took us 12 hours to get from Blackpool to Guildford! That is how long it takes us to get from Guildford to Rhens in Germany by coach on alternate years. Goggle map says four and a half hours by car from Guildford to Blackpool. By being so late we missed our lift at Guildford and had to get a taxi which cost us twenty pounds!!

DO NOT send any more text messages to my mobile number (07946155168) about booking holidays through your company. We had a terrible holiday with you last September and you would not offer a refund! I said at the time of my complaint that I would never book with you again!! I never want to hear from Shearings again!
