Faulty part on new Cooker

I don't even want to give them 1 star. My New World cooker was delivered quickly and efficiently but the splashback which is just two wing nuts and a screw to fix on was faulty. I called over ten times and was directed to New World who directed me back to Appliances Direct. I was offered an engineer (to fix the screw on a tiny faulty part which would be at my cost); I was told they do not send spare parts; I was told this was not covered; I was told anything but the help I needed. I asked them to just send me a new splashback, a part about 2" x 30". Ridiculous service and communication from everyone. I will never ever go near this company again. Even their complaints line is a premium rate line and the calls take up to 30 minutes to be answered. Horrible company. Horrible service. I have had to hacksaw the faulty screw and fix it myself.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

COOKER FOUND TO BE TWISTED AND DENTED WHEN UNWRAPPED. LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DROPPED OUT OF A PLANE. THEASE PEOPLE DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DO NOT LIST AN EMAIL ADDRESS SO YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. I AM NOW VERGING ON ASKING BARCLAYCAERD TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
