Through our broker, we decided to remortgage to Skipton. Not only was this an extremely quick and easy online process, but we also had the opportunity to talk with friendly, knowledgeable people when we had questions. Thus far, our experience has been quite positive. It would be advisable for other lenders we have come across to take a cue from Skipton regarding how they prioritise making their customers their top priority.

I had a really nice talk with a Skipton Building Society member recently. I was able to transfer an ISA to one that paid a little bit more thanks to his help. I was really happy with the outcome and the quality of care I received.
