Can't believe aftercthe money we've spent at B & Q
That we can't ring the kitchen dept or store anymore. We could during the purchase but now we are having some issues and damaged goods the store and staff nolonger want to know. We have to trail back. We explained and told to go home and bring the damaged dishwasher wooden front panel. We fid and returned and place an order for a replacement and when it arrived at our house it was wrong as it was a door for a small cupboard. I phoned and the same that they nolonger speak to customers on the phone so we have to trail back me with my broken ankle and my husband who is doing 13 hour shifts and having to go without full sleep in order to sort this out.
POOR CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE.

Having ordered a kitchen to the specifications required, a delivery arrived with incomplete and incorrectly sized items, the expectation to this being that the customer becomes a qualified kitchen fitter in their own right and cuts an oversized item to size using one of the many wood working saws and blades that you expect to find in every household!! Sadly whilst this appears to be an expectation of the company having spoken to many friends and family it is apparent that none of us are either qualified or trained in such skills and all seek to order from the 'experts' ... you sure are expected to do it when you B & Q it that's just not exposed in the process - who pays for the woodworking tools?? Who is liable if the attempt is unsuccessful?? Why are there other reviews indicating this issue yet no disclosure?? This in addition to the contents of the order not matching the original order placed and paid for, phone calls when they come (yet another one not received today hence another night of concern as to when the hub of the house will be able to resemble such once more) all leads to a headache that would never have been expected from a company as big as this - your customer service and after sales service leave a lot to be desired and I would appreciate someone taking the time to check my order, correct my order, arrange the correct sized units or amendment by your company of the same and recompense the time and effort lost to the process, whilst taking my complaint seriously.

macalister chainsaw

I have a Macalister chainsaw that needs a ignition coil. It can not be obtained in this country.B&Q support say they don't know the GB agent/importer so i have to rely on a service number who will see if there is one in Belgium and that will take ABOUT 10 days to get to them & more time to get to me.
ANY ONE THINKING ABOUT USING B&Q HAD BETTER THINK AGAIN..

The staff in this store are un helpful, miserable and discourteous. I visit this store frequently and I have yet to find a pleasant person working there, they appear to have got a lot worse since the pandemic. Unfortunately for me there is no where else to shop for DIY/Gardening in my area.

went to caerphilly b&q to buy a shower suite, service was very poor, asked for customer toilets and we were told they are closed due to covid... restrictions were lifted a month ago.... went to pontprennau B&Q, actually bought a shower unit, asked for customer toilets and told they are closed due to covid!!! we were then told to go to a supermarket to use their toilets!!

Customer service kitchen department staff at Cumbernauld, Susan, Kitchen Manager, Vicky assistant manager and Peter sales assistant are unprofessional, lack customer service etiquette are extremely rude and do not know how to deal with customers. They do not care as B&Q are not their own company. B&Q should look into this as their attitude must be losing them lots of business.
