We are having trouble cancelling payments from our account. we cancelled our membership in February. we had an email to confirm this. we have had payment taken from march and april. we have not used now. please look into it. our address is 20 Neneway Kislingbury NN7 $AS

I have been a broadband customer of NOWTV only since March 2021. And already I am disgusted with the supply of broadband. My internet has dropped so many times leaving me without internet that I have lost count. But to be fair I have not contacted NOWTV about it just yet. But I intend too one I find the customer service number of which I have not been supplied with. And although my contract is for a year. If when I do contact them, and my problem is not sorted once and for all. Then as far as I am concerned NOWTV would have defaulted in the contract, for failing to supply a good steady flow of broadband, which in my opinion leaves me free to cancel any contract and direct debit and take my custom else where. If I am to be charged an early termination fee, I will take the to County Court as they would have been in breach of the contract between us... Not a happy customer!!!
