We are having trouble cancelling payments from our account. we cancelled our membership in February. we had an email to confirm this. we have had payment taken from march and april. we have not used now. please look into it. our address is 20 Neneway Kislingbury NN7 $AS

I have been a broadband customer of NOWTV only since March 2021. And already I am disgusted with the supply of broadband. My internet has dropped so many times leaving me without internet that I have lost count. But to be fair I have not contacted NOWTV about it just yet. But I intend too one I find the customer service number of which I have not been supplied with. And although my contract is for a year. If when I do contact them, and my problem is not sorted once and for all. Then as far as I am concerned NOWTV would have defaulted in the contract, for failing to supply a good steady flow of broadband, which in my opinion leaves me free to cancel any contract and direct debit and take my custom else where. If I am to be charged an early termination fee, I will take the to County Court as they would have been in breach of the contract between us... Not a happy customer!!!

I have been contacting to Now Tv to ask them to stop taking from my account because I did not subscribed it but someone else steal my bank details. They still take every month. Tried to talk to them but they are did not listen.Its very frustrating. I believe they are a scam. Really need to involved a serious investigation.

My NowTV pass as am unable to watch it on my television I will like to cancel my pass. I was giving 6mth free pass. As am moving to Sky tv.

They cancelled my entertainment pass said i Hadnt payed bill it was payed day it arrived tried emailing them it keeps cutting out very frustrated

They took money from our account even after we had left them. Contacting them them is a joke, you go round in circles on their website, live chat doesn't work and no email address. To ring them call charges apply, so you have to pay to try and get back the money they have stolen. One star rating is too good.
