Less than a month after my January 19th burglary, my money from them cleared my account! I am really happy with them and will be working with them forever because they were very helpful over the phone and went above and beyond my expectations. I got paid out more than what I paid for the stolen products because some of them were used.

My boiler leaked; therefore, I had to use the home emergency cover. They made every effort to schedule a plumber on the same day, and he showed up at the appointed time. The issue has been fixed at this point. When I called my claim at two in the morning, the individual handling it was really kind and helpful. Their emergency assistance and home contents insurance are fantastic products at a reasonable cost. Outstanding service and good value for the money.
