Delivery- Product never arrived

I have placed an order on the 13th of August on JD sports website l. The Under Armour Micro G Pursuit BP Running Shoes have not come or been dispatched until now and it’s been 3 weeks. I have contacted JD Sports 3 times by phone and 2 times by email and everytime i hear the same thing: they need to contact Under Armour to get a cancellation confirmation. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this and no answer. I want my refund as this is annoying and disappointed and I will never in my life shop with JD. They are holding my money for an item that never arrived. I don’t know what else to do to get my money back. This is a ripoff and JD has no shame.

I placed my order and I hadn’t heard anything for about a week so I had to get in touch to be told it got lost… they’ve sent my item out again and the box that they have sent it in is all damaged!! I have had so many problems in the past with JD and I’ve always thought it’s just a little mistake but it’s happening so often now! I do not recommend to order from here at all!

After receiving goods it stated i could return via shop. Went to shop and told they cannot accept but call customer services. Customer service asked me to send return but i had to pay for postage. This would be refunded once they had been in contact with me. Also said refunds should be within 14 days To date they have had 2 items... one for 22days and one for 19 days Despite repeated attempts to get my refund they keep saying wait a few days due to backlog
Joke of a company where customer service is concerned They now owe me over £440 and keep saying will be refunded shortly .I very much doubt it. Absolute pi#s take

I have ordered these trainers twice, It states item in stock when i order, however i find out today for the 2nd time my order has been cancelled and a refund given, The service is atrotious I wanted these for a birthday present and twice my order was canceled. why show stock available when it is not

First of all I give you a one star rating because there is no option to give a zero. I am writing to complain about your Liverpool 1 store I was in there for more than 1 hour looking at your products eventually made a purchase then ten minutes later 2 of your security guards followed me and questioned me about the products I picked up because they had no tags but I know for a fact what I picked up had tags because I wanted to know the prices. They thought it was odd that everything I picked up didn’t have tags on them which is a lie. Made a show out of me in front of everyone outside primark. I don’t think it’s acceptable that 2 of your security guards followed me out of one of the busiest shops in Liverpool leaving your store unguarded while following someone who has done nothing wrong. Yours sincerely an ex customer. Peace

I have just made a purchase online, I had a gift card that I wanted to use in part payment for the item. I entered all the card details but the transaction took the whole amount from my personal account instead. I immediately contacted JD sports who said that it was not possible to amend the payment using the gift card their end and i would have to use this for another purchase. No I am really not happy with the response I have received and this you really need to look at your customer service.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I am waiting for refund since 28/12/2020. JD sport have made endless promises to call me back, I have not received one phone call in three months. My complaint has apparently been referred to senior management, but I am still waiting to hear from anyone....absolutely shocking service.

Hi Representative from Customer Care Jd Sports .From last practice which its happened in Chelmsford Jd sports , when the store manager Andreea said to customer ,,get out from my store f......ing and no one from main HR dont take any actiomns
