Talk Talk Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - THEY ARE NOW BEING TRACKED BY ACTION FRAUD

TalkTalk do not warrant a rating of *, they deserve - (minus)100*. I can neither make or receive calls and I tell, via email, them so. Their response "when would it be convenient for us to call you to discuss this?" I could not recomend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I had to give one star, but I have been so let down by Talk Talk Broadband that I would rather give no stars at all. The broadband stopped working and I had to call and be on hold or speak to very difficult to understand people, many of whom were repeating themselves over and over again but resolving nothing, reading out some legal stuff and still struggling to help me. I was relying on my mobile network internet or went to various cafes to have internet connection. I lost two days of work which I had to take as unpaid leave as I work from home. I eventually decided to leave Talk Talk and that is where they become even more difficult and vindictive . The Broadband line was finally fixed but I believe they deliberately cancelled my switch over order to a new supplier and cut off my Broadband prematurely because I complained about their inability to get things right and passing me from one person to another and every time making me go through security questions again and explaining what the issue was. There is also some delay on their customer services landline which I believe is somewhere abroad and you end up hearing what they say with a delay and what you say also has a delay so you end up talking over each other. So they keep repeating them again and again. In total I have wasted/lost about 4 hours just talking to them.. FRUSRTATING.

Today I have received 4 telephone calls asking about changing to Talk Talk.
I have reported these calls.
During the last call the woman told me to F*** Off four times when I told her I was going to report the nuisance telephone calls.
I recorded the numbers of the last two calls which were reported.

Tuesday 11.08am 02036 439224
Tuesday 1.13pm. 0061 11344 08395. This was an obscene telephone call.

Please remove my telephone number from your data base.
If you check your logs you will know my number. A UK landline number.
I am a disabled pensioner and these nuisance calls effect me.

I didn’t ever expect an obscene call from a Telephone/Broadband company.
Outrageous.

My enquiry was on behalf of a relative whose bill doubled in April & May due to addition of broadband charges. the person does not want broadband, has not asked for it & has no info re change of contract. I am told they no longer do landline only contracts. I found the staff patronising and unhelpful. They don't even deserve 1 star!!

Have signed up to talktalk Plus for 50 pound per year by direct debit last week but I can not access my email.
Suggest this may be caused by 616 emails hanging out there and as a result no further emails can be shown.

I was a long time viewer and now never watch the show. Can't believe Sara Gilbert wanted the show to change like it has. I enjoyed Marie Osmond and Eve and both are gone. The show now seems to copy The View with all the political chat. Sure not what I am looking for
