IOn October 11, I took the 08.54 from Liverpool Lime Street to Leeds on Tuesday. I simply wanted to express how happy I am with the customer service I received. Tom, one of your staff members, was the most affable conductor on the train. In addition to showing this 76-year-old woman to her seat, he showed me a joyful and upbeat demeanour and inquired about my comfort during the ride. Well done, Tom. 😀

Recently, my wife and kid left Huddersfield for Liverpool Lime Street and returned the next day. Given the recent TPE stories, we were prepared for issues. Nonetheless, the trips were flawless on both ends. Trains arrive on time, are not crowded, have immaculate coaches, and reserved seats work well. Not a better situation 😀😀😀
