I arrived in Gatwick Airport from Bari in Italy. Assistance had been booked as I’d suffered a compound fracture to my foot whilst on holiday. The assistance at Bari, Italy was excellent. However at Gatwick it was abysmal. The attendant was extremely rude, when I didn’t move quickly enough he asked if I was paralysed. I should point out I am nearly 80 & have arthritis so managing on one leg was extremely painful to my hip & shoulders. He then dumped me part way through the terminal on the seated luggage carrier. The whole experience was extremely stressful and painful. I was not alone is suffering that day as I met 4 other people who had also been abandoned.

we arrived on thursday 14th April on an easyjet flight from Dalaman, it took 35minutes to dock the plane and another 55 minutes to receive our baggage
you then had signs . asking how did we do. well in a nutshell absolutely crap

flying out of LGW(N) on 13th January to Tasmania with all the paperwork correct presented to VAT office in N. terminal for the examination, one viola . All correct purchased new in England for me to take in my baggage, £43.34 was due but Money Corp had some problem so I agreed to have it credited to my bank account. My home is in Alderney C.I. outside UK and I was going to Oz

so what better than collect it in Southhampton declare and fill in the requisite

forms and a nod from the VAT officer and I was off for a month. Checked at bank. no money and time is rolling along,. Need help Not a trace of a contact point when trying to get through to Vat Office or Money Corp maybe ? The internet covered a myriad of things that can go wrong at a major airport but I am short changed. Good luck with your enquiries.
