We had to quickly return from Lille to London yesterday due to a family emergency. Despite our extreme anger, Simon at Lille Europe station calmly arranged for us to have replacement seats on the next train that would leave. He was incredibly helpful and understanding. Fantastic service, Simon. You are a credit to the business. Many thanks!

I used them several times between Brussels and London without any issues. It's even sweeter when you acquire a ticket on special (€29 one way). Trains are swift, pleasant, clean, and on time. Their Wi-Fi is just dead, so the Internet is the only issue. And the waiting spaces both in Brussels and London are pretty inconvenient, to put it simply. The security procedures to get to the train might be exhausting, too.
