I was recently involved in a traffic accident and had to rent a car. The personnel at Birmingham airport were excellent in making arrangements for me to pick up the car, which was ideal for my purposes. I gave it back to the Rugby office at the conclusion of the rental period. I hope I spelled their names correctly, but Alex and James were incredibly helpful in setting it up and with the actual vehicle return. Many thanks to all of you for making an extremely difficult situation much more tolerable.

Unlike a rival—I'm not sure who they are—when we reserved a car, they had one! A new strategy and a lot better feeling on December 22, when you have to take an old relative to her Christmas party and your automobile breaks down. When I visited in person to double-check, they acknowledged that I could pick up first thing the next day and remembered me (with my name) by morning. Excellent service that relieved a lot of tension. I'm grateful.
