A Yorkshirewater van (FR19KHT) has been parked at the top of Denaby Avenue, Conisbrough for over a week and has not moved. The driver is on holiday. Does Yorkshirewater have so many van that they can leave them idle. My water Bill is over £90 per month, perhaps it would be smaller if Yorkshirewater made better use of their vehicles or better still got rid of some if they are obviously not needed then we could all have smaller Bills

As a resident of Whitley Head Steeton, Bd206qs, I feel let down by the customer services we have received, which is absolutely none.! None of the residents were informed of the road closure, and making plans to move vehicles, or our access to parking, and being able to get down into Steeton, or having to detour to Keighley, to get back to Steeton village. We have not been informed if we were going to lose water pressure or have a loss of water supply. The signage to inform of road closure from village has been placed in the most stupid of places, that other motorists are still attempting to come through the road closure,then having difficulty turning round due to the narrowness of the road, and parked cars. Communicating would prevent frustrations, and traffic mayhem, and the workmen are unhelpful.!!!!!!!!
