Missing delivery

I did not receive one of the two parcels I ordered for Christmas. When I emailed yourselves to find out why, I was sent a link which informed me that my missing parcel had been delivered to a local shop, and that I needed to collect it By 26th December or it will be sent back. All well and good but you only got back to me on 3rd January. Now I'm told it is up to me to chase up my package. Now UPS are telling me that they cant find my package using both numbers which I was provided with by your team. I cannot fathom why I was not informed that my package was at a local shop. I did not receive any e.mail to tell me this until it was to late to collect. You only have one star because I am forced to give you a rating or I cant submit my complaint.

I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about the following employees seen at The WhSmith Store, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London. 1, this person is a female, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium/shoulder length hair tied back, wore specs, wore a store uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 50-60 years, store worker, seen at the main till area. 2, this person is a female, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a store uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 35-45 years, store worker, seen at the main till area. Person number one, quickly gossiped and created a rude remark against a customer seen instore. I, assume, person number two, agreed with her. No aggravations were caused. Please could you check into these persons and their associates immediately. customer

I ordered and paid for 2 books. Never received an email confirmation and although I printed off a screenshot of the payment no other details were on the sheet. I have receive 1 book only, and there is no mention of a second one on the way. I have not reference number or email to refer to and do not know when or if I will receive the second part of my order. I expected a lot more professionality from this company and feel that I will now have to use my valuable time investigating this. It should not have been necessary

got a steam card and got asked who it was for and said it was for me and then he was then asking me what games do i play but what as it got to do with the staff so i asked them to see a manger and they told me that he was not in it was his day off so what shop just the staff in with no manger in so if i was anybody else i would not go in to WH smith in bolton you get ask things when it nothing to do with them andthey lucky i give one because i would give nothing
