I'm writing this due to Product warranty & Quality that VOLVO sold to me. I purchase my XC60 in Sep 2019, and the salesperson named En Fadly ( Volvo Glenmarie), during purchase he had offer that RM3,000-4,000 for full coating for vehicle which under Volvo Glenmarie and said it was warranty for 5 years and I was agreed.
After that, a year later (Sept 2020) myself feel the quality of coating has been drop which means watermark/no shine and the body not smooth. I was inform them which to do maintenance, the sales person and SC said if need to do coating maintenance have to pay additional cost for each time. And this information/deal not informed to me before sell coating product to me and applied to my vehicle.
My question here, if named warranty what will cover? if each time I have to pay and do maintenance for coating which means the product quality so poor. As consumer if no warranty for watermark/no shine and the body not smooth why need to do. Myself feel very disappointed with this kind of service and unprofessional ethic.
this matter not been solved untill today 19/11/2020 almost 2 week my vehicle at service centre.
Second issue on viper noise, where i do complaint and inform them past few month. Always asked me to bring vehicle for checking and I send couple of time for few days for checking till now not been solved too. Today the service center told me the noise due chip stone at windscreen. I was quit surprise this is not my first vehicle micro chip stone doesn't come weird viper sound.
