Hello!
I have ordered new graphics card on Amazon. The package I received contained a completely different graphics card, on top of that it had signs of usage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. The mailing box was sealed without any signs of being opened, however the box of the graphics card itself came without any safety wrap or seals.
After that I have left a review of the product on Amazon and attached photos of the used graphics card. Then I contacted customer service and followed their instructions. They told me to send the graphics card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the graphics card I was told that I won’t get the money back because it was a different card. However, I don’t have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I’ve returned was disposed.
Our family are regular customers at Amazon. Out of all the purchases we haven’t returned anything except this graphics card.
Customer service cannot help me.

Kindle paperwhite 32gb (2018)

I bought a Kindle Paperwhite 32gb through the pay in installments option for £119.99 on the 20th of October. It was duly delivered on the 21st, but I noticed that the same item is now (26th) just 84.99. I contacted Amazon customer services to ask if I could have the difference refunded but they said they could not help.
I'm so annoyed at this that not only am I returning the Kindle, but I have also cancelled both my Audible and Prime subscriptions as well as returning as many of the Kindle books as I possibly can. Instead of offering me £30's worth of Amazon vouchers to make up the difference, Amazon have now lost the sale of the kindle (£119.99), £95.98 Prime Monthly subscription over the next year, £95.98 Audible monthly subscription over the next year, £17.99 Blu-ray preorder, plus as many Kindle books as I can get refunds for. That's £329.04 lost revenue, not including the book refunds. More than ten times the difference of the price drop.

Not a great business model + rubbish customer service.

Extensive EFFORTs have been made to contact Amazon via my app and online. Communications are often interrupted by a robotic assistant. When I just spoke to someone online at the phone number 808-0400-3457, a male with a very heavy accent wanted me to log onto my personal computer to do a process 'that could only be done with him remaining on the phone.' This sounded like phishing instead of a reputable business. The call was made due to a lack of an actual refund to my credit card, although Amazon reports the refund was completed as of September 15, 2021. The UPS tracking number is
1ZE910V79002628874. The product was for a duplicate Philips Sonicare Expert Clean for the amount of $107 .17. I apologize for the tone of frustration, however, I am greatly annoyed. (customer)

package delivered to wrong house

You need to hire delivery drivers who actually know where their going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 times the package has been delivered to the wrong house and three times I've called and complained, still no package. So basically cancelled order and went through another company since amazon has delivery drivers who couldn't find a door in a fully lit room.

I bought a two ring electric plate from Domu. It didn't work. I completed all the instructions to return the item. Was told collection was Friday 8th Oct, 8am - 8pm. No collection. It is now Sunday, still no collection and no contact. Time limit on return.

Please help and resolve my problem as I made an order in 2020 of items online. I noticed I got messages from Amazon saying they received the order and then noticed the tracking/pictures and delivery of when I was suppose to receive did not come. I spoke to my bank and was told they said it all rests on amazon to give my refund of Two thousand pounds back which was lost. I have evidence on my bank statement.
