My name is Alicia Behnken. I am writing this email to let you know how disappointed I am that you are taking political sides in the products that you make available to the public. While you make the choice as to what products to carry, you have moved so far to the left leaving us customers to think that you run a political machine. For you to remove various books in the last months and most recently Dr. Seus without a legitimate justification except to agree with the leftist/liberal racism movement, is unacceptable. It is important that you serve your customer base that comes from various backgrounds of life and that they are your customers. While you are a huge company, justice will be served for these types of unjustified actions to remove books that are important for some of us to read. Other companies will fill the gap for sure.

I have been trying to join seller central now for about 4 weeks, and the problem is it wont let me verify myself. The information I enter is correct and have uploaded my driving licence (front and rear) and also an in date business bank statement (in color and clear to read) I have spoken to their staff over this matter and they have tried to help, one gentleman gave me a manager link to contact but that link did not work. I have repeatably tried to verify my details and the last request they asked me to resend my uploads which i did within 20 minutes of that request, the following evening i receive another email (same case #) i didnt respond, i replied to that having checked we had done what they ask, and yet again recent the uploads, 4 days later no reply from them. I go back on my page and it tells me that a decision may, or may not have been made and not to expect any further emails from them.

That to me is outrageous bullying, those big boys can do what they wish and are not to be questioned. I only want to sell MY product on THEIR page, making us both a few quid, but hey they are the big boys, American control

I made a complaint about your terrible delivery drivers who placed a parcel on my doorstep in the rain, TAP on the door (not ring the doorbell) and just walk away. The incident that happened on 17/02/21 (this has happened around 5 times now) afternoon. I was only aware of the delivery as I received an email stating it was ‘handed to a resident’ He was a liar as I have video proof. The item was very damp but the contents this time were ok.

I did call your complaints line who stated this would cost me £1.50 a minute. (UNBELIEVABLE). I then had an email from my phone provider stating it cost me £20.35 for this call to you. It would be ok but the item that was delivered only cost me £27.99 in the first place. You really do screw people when they want to make complaints don’t you. It’s a shame as when I made the complaint on the phone yesterday all I get is an apology but nothing seems to go any further than that clearly. I used to just look on your website and order but I’ll now look around even if it costs a bit more I will shop elsewhere from now on. You are the worst company for deliveries I’ve ever received from and I do get a lot every day.

P.S. I’m not expecting a response to this as I’m presuming the same quality of service as your delivery service.

Amazon Prime

Amazon keep calling me with a recorded message about Amazon Prime. I have never agreed to receive Amazon Prime and there is no way to complain by email. I have now reported this twice to the Information Commissioners Office.

I pay for the Prime service each month. Lately I ordered an item on a Sunday and was due to deliver the next day. The order sat 30 miles away for 3 days with the excuse of "we are waiting for a delivery driver." When I called to check on what was going on I was told...the order was lost, we are waiting on a driver and we will replace this order. Even the replacement order is now late due to (you guessed it) waiting for a delivery driver. Then I asked how long this was going to sit 30 miles away and I was told "based on the map here, it will take 30-40 min. from our facility to your address. I can see that the carrier or delivery driver is already on the road." So why is it that consumers pay for a Prime membership if these are the excuses as to why packages are not delivered in a timely manner????

I no longer have access to my old phone number. The Amazon procedures for by-passing the two-step verification system do not work. I have spoken to five Amazon Customer Help personnel, none were able to help, two passed the problem to higher staff who sent e-mails which simply repeated the instructions on the Amazon website, others promised e-mails within 24 hrs which did not materialise. A phone call to Customer Complaints simply referred me to a website I can't navigate.
