Husband bought me the ring as christmas present and the stone fell out.. Returned the ring on 5th January and still getting robbed off by customer services.. Won't refund and won't give me a date when I can even expect the replacement ring back..

I have been a customer of TJC virtually since the start of their television business, and I can honestly say that I have almost always been satisfied with the purchases I have made. If I wasn't satisfied, they handled my return with ease and processed my refund right away. I've always found the customer support team to be accommodating and kind. Many thanks, TJC

The website is simple to use, has excellent deals and pricing, and is an easy way to pay. I was thrilled to receive a lovely green jade necklace at a discounted price with simple payment options.

No refund for 12 weeks now.

No refund for 12 weeks now. Desite promissed e mails and calls. They Dont care am terminal bedridden and have to contact them every month several times. Need to go court now. Dont care its only 3.99 they doing it to many customers many bad reviews .lots dont get refund for them sending false advertised item. Thats fraud. I could not order last 3 months any christmas presents and been told manager ring today. He hasnt yet. It will be court as this stress causes a lot of pain and breathing issues. How many people dont bother after almost 4 months chasing for refund? Easy fraud money for tjc. The reviews are really bad on trustpilot and other review companies. All true as i got same issue. I got photos of e mails and phonecalls since 31.08.2023 for court. Am dyieng in bed so i can get this solicitor taking tjc to court if they dont resolve it in next day.
