Our bathroom mixer tap developed a serious leak. When I called Homeserve, they responded almost immediately and set up a plumber to come out two days later, which worked out well. The plumber completed the repair quickly and informed us when he would be arriving. He was amiable and well-informed. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

called about a leaking pipe and, despite it being a Sunday, was given an appointment for the next day. The expert who arrived was effective and stayed for as long as necessary to fix the problem.
