Bought a car few month with the fault warning message and let leave the premises. Advise to all buyers, take a car to main dealer for the full diagnostics first as Big Motoring World just trying sell faulty cars and pushing you take warranty from them and when it comes to claim, warranty don't cover full cost , they only can cover part cost from second hand and they don't cover full garage labour cost. Tried to be nice to them on the phone to them, but soon a car gone out through the barrier, its your responsibility and nothing to do Big Motoring World! 25k in the bin. Thanks to Big Motoring World and your assistance to saying “sorry you had 30 days to claim the money back” and we cant help you now!

I have been sold such a stupid warranty that it does not cover the needs of the car I was told when I’m bought the car it would cover me incase something went wrong. I have been told wait 3 months for a garage to see your car 5 months if I wanted a courtesy car. Go to Halfords or kwickfit who said they don’t have the technology to check what’s wrong. They don’t even pay for diagnostic on a car that is deemed unsafe to drive I have been baffled why I took this as I was already getting the car for work and had to take a loan out they just filled my head up u could have big problems and flic u don’t take the warranty and when I call them sorry we don’t cover this or cover that I have no choice but to take this further and trust me I will take them to court and to the point of no return after what I have experienced with this fraud selling warranty

Car began to show engine light warning after two weeks of purchase. contacted warranty who advised me to go for a diagnostic. Did that found out there is a build up of soot which is common with diesel cars. Also found out there is another fault valve in the exhaust needs changing. I am requesting an exchange for a petrol car of the same make. Been advised today that they will not exchange a faulty car. Strange because they sold me a faulty car, it is part of my consumer rights to get a refund or an exchange.
