There is some criticism directed at Stevenage Borough Council in many domains. They don't receive recognition very frequently. I would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to the Lettings, Independent Living/Sheltered Housing, and Voids teams for their hard work in preparing our new house so we may move in within the estimated time frames.The level of effort undertaken to prepare the property for our occupation is extraordinary. The advice offered was accurate, and the communication was prompt and outstanding.
Everything about the house, from viewing to signing the tenancy agreement, happened quite swiftly, and all of our inquiries and requests were met with kind responses. Every single individual we spoke with was incredibly courteous, professional, and friendly. We sincerely appreciate their help and are eager to move in because we know we will be content in our new house. We can't thank them enough. Finally, then. Thank you, Council of Stevenage Borough.
