I'm shocked by the negative feedback. My Dr. Martens order arrived promptly; however, the size 6 was too large. Using the Schuh website, exchanging them for a size 5 was simple. I used the excellent Asda return service to send the size 6 back. I returned the size 6 about five days ago, and the size 5 is already on its way to the recipient. I'm therefore impressed! Additionally, I chatted with Uzair at Schuh customer care, and he was really helpful. I therefore had a great experience. I may be reached at 2392921901.

I called to inquire about the location of my purchase (I should have included the home number). I spoke with Hannah, who was excellent, and she confirmed that the package was on its way to the recipient. The service staff also called me after identifying my mistake and updating—what amazing service! I tried to send feedback by text message, but it wouldn't let me, so I looked it up on Google.
