If at all possible, I try to avoid going into these workplaces. I don't think the personnel are particularly helpful, and they constantly give you the impression that you're bothering them. It's their responsibility to assist!I use the phone to communicate with council members when necessary. considerably less trouble and easier. The building is attractive, but the personnel aren't very helpful, and there isn't much parking.
