Talking about last time experience and I would say I felt racism from management and staff . ‘Andrew’ who is the manager he was properly rude to us while we were ordering some drinks they denied and asked for ticket for drinks , few minutes back we bought the ticket from them unfortunately, we were struggling to find the physical ticket and we thought we lost it and then we politely asked that please check in your database as there is record of every transaction if there is no record of transaction how you are getting money from customers and where this money is going to and I was so upset manager said we can’t give you drinks without physical ticket and after sometime fortunately we found from inside the cinema . There was a girl with Manager Andrew and she was kept saying this thing “ we will kick you out from the cinema “ but why we were not rude with anyone of them . This is what we called as hospitality .

I want to make an official complain . I went with my son and friend with daughter age 4 and 5 children to see sing2 movie and we end up watching movie for adults, I don’t event know the movie name but it was clear it was for adults as when we realised it was about green dick - monster shouting everyone with his sperm. Ir was disgusting and all this have seen my child with his friend. My child was so terrified and wanted leave the cinema and we heard only sorry we put wrong movie. Sorry , can staff check before they put child movie so children don’t need to see that green dick monster.
My child with friend are traumatised. And we heard from staff only sorry we put wrong movie, we will change in 5 min. No staff present after movie to make a complain . Everyone hiding . Staff could not bother to check with parents and children.
Very disappointing and disgraceful.

Manager on shift 20/12/2021 whom was working around 3.45 pm his name was Bash
City where company is located (optional): Birmingham

I would give this venue a less the 1 rating if I could. I came to star city around 3:15 pm on monday 20/12/2021. There was no self zervice toxket machine working except 1. Which had a very long queue. Wairinf there for half an hour only for the ticket machine to refute me and my family 6 tickets. Spoke to a lady at the tills whom said i would have to wait in the same queue to purchase a ticket in addition to this i stated there was no one supervisi g the outside ticket machine hence the reason why i was unable to purchase 6 tickets. To my suprise she kept of saying in a unprofessional manner thwre is nothing we can do. I did state i had a daughter with special needs and my husband is unable to wait for extended periods of time as he has a very painful and sore heel. She said im sorry i still cant do anutjing for you let me call the manager. To my shock when the manager arrived he did not give us the oportunity to explain what had happened and just said wait in the queue. We explained to the manager the film had already started by the time we wait in anothwr queue it would nearly be finished that qould be a waste of money to pyrchase such ticket of there is anythi g atall you can do. By this point the manager became very rude and stated i dont care just get in the fin queue there is nothig i can do. BASH the manager did not help the situation he was not professional on his mannerism ut was a completly humiliating experience and my daughter whom sufders from autism has been left withdrawn and very shook up. I am looking to take this matter further. As i believe we were not treating fairly and the vue staff were very rude and argumentative. Were unwilling to help and we i felt extremely intimidated by them.more is to be posted shortly

state of ladies toilets
City where company is located (optional): Staines-upon-Thames

We have been coming to Staines Vue for many years and enjoyed the experience, however for the last few year the disgusting state of the Ladies toilets is beyond believe , there is obvious a drain problem and that maybe out of their control but after a very poor refurbishment a while ago they are in a worst state than ever they need to be seen to understand how bad they are Further more they lack a good clean and during this time with Covid they would not past the test. I have spoken on more than one occasion to the mangers and they seem to agree but alas nothing changes. My last visit was yesterday and to add insult to injury there was a problem with the heating although nobody told us! we sat through a 2hr film in freezing conditions, when we came out there nobody there to complain to , we are elderly and had we known the situation would have gone home. I trust armed with this information you will make the visit and agree a refurb is urgently needed to uphold the good reputation of Vue. I await your response many thanks.

Called at vue to book tickets at 9.35 am but told that they wouldn't be open until around 10. Went back at 10 and told they wouldn't be open until 10.30 am.
This service sucks. Don't they want my business. There are other cinema chains in Bristol. If they can't get staff in on time, sack them there are lots of people who would jump at the job.
