I bought a z3 fold one year ago and I wake up with a line on The Main screen.
They do not want to fix it as The cost is £600 and is not covering The warrancy so basically they do not want to fix The Phone.
I never damage The phone and they reduse to exchange or repair.
Samsung is The worst company ever I am so dissapointed and they are so rude especially if you are going to The Shop.
Do not buy products from them as The phones are not that good anymore I spend £1600 for this phone and în just 1 year is gone.

i will never buy any product from samsung again never i bought my washing machine 7 months ago and it stiopped working i rang customer service they told me to let the water out of the small black tube i am disabled but they said i had to do it when eventually i got down to do it instead of the tube coming out the cap cover came off and flooded my kitchen i asked for a engineer to come out and although i had 5 year gareentee they made me pay 100 call out charge i called 10 times and all i got was people who couldnt speak english disgusting

Poorest customer service I've ever met in my life. Trying to sort a new purchase after a cancellation, for over a week. They never call or email back as they promise. I was waiting 72 hours 1st time and 2 time 48 hours. I called them and i was over the phone with them even 1hour and 45minutes and my problem wasn't sorted off. I was told to wait for managers to contact me in 48 hours and again no replay from them...

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible and hard to understand because noone speaks english I was transferred to many different people. Having to explain my situation over at least 50 times (check your files) I was even refused to be allowd to speak with a supervisor. Every time I was transfered I was hung up on and had to start all over. I spent 12 hours calling samsung and still got no results. My phone just now was turned back on because I asked for a cooporate phone number so my attorney knows who to talk to to file suit. I am a health care worker and I need my phone. This was the most ridiculous thing I have experienced in my life. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone. EVER.

Samsung service has topped my list of the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with. After getting no where with my complaint I found the CEO resolution team that today passed the complaint back to the technical team to resolve. No one takes charge and as a customer all parties refuse to supply me a direct tele number or email to chase. If your thinking of buying a Samsung Product think again. Just to give you a flavour I have a 6 week old pair of earbuds that are defective. After numerous calls with numerous departments I finally had them collected only to be told today that my 6 week old buds are out of warranty and I need to pay them £70.00 to repair them in the next 5 days or they will bin them. Now CEO resolution team have passed the Buck I'm left with know where to go, so decided the hours and hours on the phone are just not worth it so they will be binned. I love the Samsung products but will never buy anything else from them. Be warned all this is not a company you want to contact.

Purchased the watch december 2019 the first repair was carried out june 2020. Second repair august 2021 third repair September 2021. Had it back for 2 days now its stopped again the customer service is a disgusting joke. All i get told is its a repair warranty. When you ask for compensation the answer is no, disgusting disappointed service.

I have a lot of Samsung products in my house, 3 x televisions, phones, fridge/freezer. But I will never be buying anything from them again.
I will make sure my family and freinds wont either and will never recommend them or their products to anyone. I have been trying for months to receive help from them in connection to a French Fridge Freezer which i potentially feel is badly designed. They quite quickly put you in touch with someone who is over the top polite just to keep you quiet hoping im sure that you will get fed up but never attempt to really help. I have been promised phone call after phone call but got nothing. I am looking into how I can take this further with the hope of getting my issue resolved.

I purchased Tv on 12 May 2021, had black screen, no picture just audio on 30 June2021.
Then I purchased second same tv on 2 July 2021 thinking I was unlucky with wrong item as Samsung 🐍 is a good company. But on 2 September 2021 exactly same happened to second Tv. Black screen, no picture and just audio.

Out of 100s or maybe 1000s same TVs made by Samsung 🐍 , it is not a coincidence that I received 2 faulty Tvs with same issue within 7 weeks. Now I am paying for 2 TVs.

No wonder this TV is one of the cheapest available 8K in the market. Obviously because Samsung 🐍 makes inferior, cheap tvs which lasts maybe a couple months. I am not the only one who had faulty Tv’s, it is major technical fault with this Tv and Samsung 🐍 is openly mugging hard working people by selling cheap quality and their refund policy is a real sting.

God forbid someone with learning disabilities or mental health gets stung by Samsung 🐍 .

The entire organisation of customer services is shockingly dysfunctional. I can only conclude that Samsung have deliberately set up a system which prevents anyone from making a complaint and even worse, prevents any complaints appearing on its review site. Having called the customer complaints phone number 5 times and been cut off on every call, I'm now at a loss as to what I can do when anything goes wrong with Samsung services. Shamefully systemic behaviour Samsung!
