Cheese compartment door

I have the neff fridge freezer with the cheese compartment in the door. Every now and then the lift up door comes off and it’s almost impossible to get back on. I’m on my second one because I broke the first one. What an absolutely stupid design Neff. I love my Neff white goods but I’ll never buy a FF with this again. I’ve read form other unsatisfied customers that they too have the same problem. Deal with this please !

Neff gas hob

I purchased a neff gas hob hoping for quality and reliability. Neff sent out a repair man on 28 October as the ignition was failing Andy the numbers were incorrect and showing as though the hob was on when off. He indicated there had been many design faults with my hob and the design had since changed. His repair didn’t work. I contacted neff again and have already phoned twice this week. The neff engineer wrote on his report no emergency valave had been fitted Andrew advised me to get in touch with kitchen fitter as it was a necessary safety requirement. My kitchen fitter and gas engineer came out and showed me the emergency valve! Neff promised twice earlier this week that someone would call me back to arrange an appointment- I’m still waiting!
