This review is for the fantastic shopping experience that I had earlier today at the Peacocks Morperh location. For this assessment, I purchased some Christmas wrapping paper and a pair of jeans that had never been used or tried on. I wanted to express how happy I was with the two women that served me; we laughed a lot, and they were both really kind.

I called customer support after making multiple efforts to place an online order because I was experiencing trouble. Whoa! How nice it was to be met by a cheerful, friendly, and gregarious person who also promptly fixed the problem. Thank you, Amanda. Receiving genuine, polite customer service was such a treat that I felt compelled to write a review. All too frequently, we are quick to criticise but seldom recognise the excellent treatment we get. Thus, once again, thank you😊

Misleading advertising
City where company is located (optional): Nuneaton

I went into nuneaton store today to shop for lots of Xmas presents as you were advertising a 20%discount. How ever on entering the store there was no discount unless I had been sent a code which I could show the staff.? No one could tell me how to get this code or why it was advertised on line as a store discount which could be accessed by everyone.,. Can any one enlighten me on how to qualify.
