We were notified via text on the day of installation that an engineer named Mitchell was working outside our property and would want access to the interior. We also received frequent reminders. Mitchell was excellent! He was able to guide us elderly folks through the setup process because he was approachable, competent, and knowledgeable. Therefore, we give it a positive assessment. I appreciate the great service provided by Mitchell and Open Reach. 👍

Happy. The engineer arrived at the scheduled time, and we were kept well informed about when to expect him. During his visit, he put in a lot of work, was very courteous, and was quite helpful. After the installation was finished, he checked to make sure everything was functioning and took the time to walk us through using the system.
