Very impressed; very simple to put up. I made two calls, and the English call centre answered in three rings. Like in the good old days, there are informed people on the other end of the phone. I gave them my ISA since I was so impressed. Would suggest.

Everything is going OK so far. It was really simple to open an Easy Access Savings account with them. It took about 30 minutes to complete, and I could deposit right away. unlike Ulster Bank, where I had attempted to accomplish the same thing in the past. To top it off, the primary reason I went with Charter was the savings rate in comparison to other options.
