The Wrightington Hospital's surgeon and team are exceptional. The anaesthetist and personnel were excellent. Even the X-ray, porter, and ward staff were incredibly cordial and competent. The hospital is extremely fortunate to have such amazing personnel. It really does make a difference when you are sick. The cuisine is the only drawback. occasionally inedible. One day, my only food options were two pieces of bread, a tuna sandwich, two potatoes, some canned mixed vegetables, and a jelly. The remaining food was inedible.

For the past three months, I have been going to physiotherapy at the NHS Warren Medical Centre in Hayes, Middlesex. Up until my most recent appointment, which fell on my birthday, everything had gone smoothly. On the day of my last visit, Sylvia Clarke gave me a birthday card and some biscuits, and the reception administrator apologised. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism, a great sense of humour, and thoughtfulness. An event I will always remember. Sylvia and Stephanie, thank you.
