Car insurance

I'm so disappointed with this company.. I paid in full a comprehensive car insurance to begin in April but they couldn't wait for me to finish with my going insurance company and give them my no claims bonus certificate which I was told legally could of waited. They demanded it by 27th March when insurance was starting on 2nd April. I paid in full by 8th March but I tried calling them to explain but no customer service, as a voice. so I cancelled straight away and still waiting for my money. £573.73 to be sent back to my account. No wonder this company has the highest Complaints.so it's nearly a month they have my month. I decided to stick to my old insurance company who speaks and is human and not a robot..
