Had a lovely comfy pair of Chenille Ballerina Slippers for Christmas, all going well until I fell down the last 4 steps of our wooden stairs this morning - Ouch! The bottom of them are so slippery, I think they ought to be sold with a Health & Safety warning.

I received a gift card from my employer, over a year ago, was unable to use it last year with everything going on. I did however try to use it over Christmas and was told that it had expired. I have not used the card and no longer work for the company that I received the card from, I contacted M&S on the number provided only to be told that I have to contact my previous employer, because M&S can not do anything. As a regular customer of M&S, there is nothing stated on the card to say that the card would expire on a certain date. Does the money go back to my previous employer or does M&S make a profit, because I was unable to use the card. Totally disappointed.

got to the till tried to pay with the Card and was told it could not be accepted

the two lady's who dealt with me were lovely and would love to know why it would not accept the expiry is 02/2022 Many Thanks

I bought a bottle of Prosecco from a store and a few days before Xmas it exploded and shattered into many different parts. I have tried without success to contact complaints and despite promises of phone calls back to me to try to sort it out I have received nothing. I was also told that it would have to be dealt with because it was a health and safety issue, but still nothing. I have also sent details via email ie photos etc. but still no response. I just hope that this does not happen to anyone else as it could cause serious injury.

i received some of your choc honeycomb for xmas and the honeycomb was that hard you could break your teeth on it barcode m 0917 568 s very dissapointed this product no stars is my rating but wont let you do this

Flower order for Christmas

I ordered a poinsetta on28th Nov. for a friend for Christmas Delivery 22 Dec.

a complete fiasco I spotted something wrong with initial order and phoned up within the half hour limit (that s a joke) However, was assured that the order would be rectified. Today checking that that order and others sent to friends for Christmas was on its way.........Yodel say we cannot trace the parcel......surpriseI j surprise! I start chat and after about half an hour

I just get left and cut off. So I phone, not that that worked any better. Again over half an hour, they check Poinsettas out of stock now, No Yodel do not have the order. We will give you refund.......Great!!! So I end up having to make a new order......guess what ..... I don't just want to send a bunch of roses! so choose bottle of wine and plant......cannot be delivered until 30th December and its to Scotland. Talk about Season of Goodwill!

I would like to change the contact address Marks & Spencer has on my online store account as it is incorrect - I no longer live at that address and haven’t for 3 years. I can see no option to do this which means Marks and Spencer has incorrect details that I am unable to change. Every time I place an order the default address is my old address. This makes no sense whatsoever. This will obviously go on for years as I have no way of changing it. All other organisations that I deal with online have the option of updating address details. If this cannot be resolved I wish to cancel my online account with you. Please send me details of how I can do this. It is also extremely annoying that very limited options are available to email you. The only option I have had is to get annoyed and make a complaint. Not good enough Marks & Spencer’s. I wouldn’t award you any stars on these issues.

I am leaving a review because I have found it impossible to find an email to address my concerns to. My mother who is 81 years old and only goes out during covid to a small Marks on the corner of her estate, is now unable to do even this as covid rules are being disregarded and staff are not doing anything about it. Builders from a local site refuse to wear masks and shout and talk loudly in this very small petrol-station store, making it unsafe for others. My mother asked the staff to speak to the builders but they said although they are very unhappy with the situation it is company policy that they must just smile and not say anything. This policy is putting staff and vulnerable customers at risk of their lives. I am appalled and if anyone reading this can give me an email to address this issue to I would be grateful.
