Never arrived

No stars - we will not be using M & S again, this is the second time that this has happened.
Flowers ordered and paid with next day delivery, email to say order is with their TRUSTED Carrier, next day still had not arrived, next day still had not arrived, emails coming daily to say that delivery will be the next day. So after three abortive days we re-ordered and yes the same thing happened so after another three days we cancelled order. Next day their TRUSTED Carrier informed they would be delivered the next day, they never arrived.
WHAT A TERRIBLE USELESS COMPANY THAT IS OBVIOUSLY GOING DOWNHILL RAPIDLY.
Don't order their flowers they never arrive !!!!
It says a rating is required or this missive would not be accepted, so one star but this is wrong unfortunately they don't let you put a minus !!!

fresh chickens
City where company is located (optional): Leeswood, Mold

We have shopped for food at M&S for many years and like a lot of people have watched the standards decline, the fresh chickens which when cooked should be a nice light colour but instead over the last couple of years the colour of the cooked meat has got darker and darker. In time the displays of the chilled chickens have decreased in size month after month as customers are obviously buying decent chickens elsewhere, then a few weeks ago on entering the store we saw a large display of chilled chickens now bearing new labels "Slower Reared Higher Welfare Oakham Gold" We thought that at last M&S had seen sense and changed to a better supplier so that the customers now get chickens that look like chickens when cooked and the first week this was the case. However last week we purchased 3 of the large chickens and cooked the first today only to discover the same dark brown meat of the chickens has now returned! When will M&S learn that we all know that times are hard and everybody is trying to cut costs but when your cost cutting goes too far and your food no longer looks and tastes like normal cooked chicken then, once again your customers will turn their backs on you and shop elsewhere. I would like to say that i have never seen the meat of cooked chickens the colour that you are once again selling but that would be wrong and yet again you will continue to sell these sub standard chickens until, once again, your customers turn their backs on you.

Shirts

I purchase shirts from you Havant and Southampton Stores, I bought a check shirt 03840986 and have had to cut the neck label out because of extreme irritation. Having been buying and selling shirts for sixty years I know this can be overcome by your various factories, with a better and softer lable.

Shopping
City where company is located (optional): Cribs Causway Bristol

I was shopping in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol yesterday with a friend. I spent over £60 . My friend spent about £10
She was given a Voucher for a free Pair of Knickers valued at £3
So I went to the Desk & asked, why I hadn’t had one? I was told it’s only given to some customers.
I have shopped at M&S for many years, and though, what a wonderful way to treat a customer !!!!!!
I can indeed afford to buy my own Knickers.
But I will think twice about visiting M & S again

Length of clothes labelled “short” far too long for 5’1” lady and twice had to pay to have taken up.
City where company is located (optional): Eastbourne

I am 5’1” and have always in the past bought “Short” labelled trousers in marks and spencer but I notice the length of trousers and “Short” labelled clothes are so long that they need to be taken to a dressmaker to be taken up. This was not always the case. I now have to go to Next for trousers.
