On December 20, 2023, I had to give Lycamobile another call—this was my fifth call since switching providers. For my bundle, there were two charges. I was able to create a credit with Jeff's guidance. Now, I'm hoping that this will be completed in seven to twenty working days. For his prompt and effective assistance, I would like to thank Jeff. He promptly comprehended my inquiry and gave me his word that he would initiate a credit since he noticed that I had made two payments.

I had to get in touch with Customer Services to find out how my port-in request was going. I used the app to do this. The process was simple, and Michelle (30151) was really supportive. Recognised the request and responded to it promptly and effectively.
