My baggage has been misplaced

I was booked on a flight on 14th Dec from Munich to Delhi. Flight got cancelled. Was rebooked for 15th Dec. Landed. My bags have not reached. Since 14th Dec till 18th Dec I am in the same set of clothes. I spoke to Aman, Duty manager at Delhi aiport. He informed that clothes reimbursement is 1´50&% and toilerateris is 100%. My question is atleast for the period the bags come, there should be atleast bare minimum clothing agreed. Secondly, there is no update on the status of the my bags. Countless view to website and no response to phone call puts the customer in a very difficult situation. Please help me resolve this situation. My reference number is DELLH85719. I have always rated LF as the only airline I wish to travel but today I am forced to rate less

I tried to contact Lufthansa by email twice and phoning several times early in the morning.
Until this day I have not heard back from Lufthansa about my queries and I just do not know what the next step to take should be!!

I always regarded this airline as one of the best but they might be good when flying with them but their customer care is outrages appalling. This is the worst experience with the customer service of an airline in my whole lifetime.
Even rating them with one star is too much because they are non existing!
