At 12:54 on December 3, 2019, I'm sitting on a train. Kieran just needed to say a few words to make everyone happy as he went through the carriage and asked to check passes. I really liked his upbeat attitude. He seemed vivacious and eager, in contrast to most staff members who check tickets when I go by train, which is something I do frequently. wished us all a happy day and brought about such a dramatic change in the atmosphere that the man seated a few chairs down was beaming broadly. It truly only takes a little something to make someone's day better, and Kieran truly accomplished that. He is a true asset to the London Midwest, and I want to travel with him once again on board! Please see to it that the comments are shared!

I don't understand the negative reviews at all; I use the Crewe to London route approximately twelve times a month and have never experienced any problems with the firm aside from the occasional missing plug on some carriages or food carts.
The ticket costs are quite fair, the trains are always clean, the staff has always been pleasant, and the occasional unclean toilet is unusual. I can watch films on the free on-board WiFi. All in all, incredibly good value for the money.
