I would like to queiry a racing bet placed on 31st July for a hores running on 1st August.
I layed out £5 e/w on Keldeo racing at Beverly at 3.45 at 40/1.
The horse won and my calculations i should have won more than £208

£5 win on a 40/1 = £200
e/w at 1/5th odds = £40
Plus stake = £10
Total = £250

Please explain why i have not been given the full amount

I’ve went in the coral betting shop to place a bet, the lady at the till took my bet & I’ve ask for the price for the horse to be taken. Then she tell be a different price to the one that I wanted, turns out she looked at the wrong horse & meeting. Her manager helps her to correct her mistake, then I was ask to make payment but I didn’t know Apple Pay was not allowed. So had to run to cash point after giving the money over I’ve asked her what price she’s given me, her answer was “I didn’t ask for the price” WTF argues with me that I’m in the wrong! Then the manager cancels the bet & put though a new one with a price, but by that time the price has gone from 5/2 to 7/4 😡. I ask for my £300 back & left, no apology from that useless lady staff & rubbish management skills !!!

Been a online customer for 10 years, tried to go on free slot tournaments and got told i do not qualify!! Absolutely disgusting took my money for a decade but wont give me a free tournament, utter shambles

Went in to the shop Boxing Day shop was empty, 2 people serving , got a shout to close door as the slave closer was broke ! I said it should be mended , both was eating food ! I shut door and the man went away muttering , I said don’t like your attitude he said I don’t like yours I was merely pointing out door should be mended I said let me get in before u shout with mouth full of food , he was rude I then said u have just lost my business 90 pounds worth ! I then left closing door behind me in these times I have bet line with several companies but I was trying to keep supporting local shops open ! I don’t go in to any shop and be greeted in this way nor do I wish to be served while someone is eating it doesn’t happen in morrisons, not happy I gamble everyday so expect better

I think its rong that yous dont explain rules correctly or display them correct especially for people who dont normally gamble your site is appalling
