My train travel from the Midlands to London Gatwick airport was carefully planned and arranged. The online booking system was very easy to use, and there were many advantages to booking directly with VTEC, including free onboard wifi. Virgin Trains was providing the greatest deal, according to a comparison website that I also used. Included are seat reservations and a way to monitor service volume. eager to go on a trip!

Regarding a situation where I had asked for my ticket to be mailed to my home address but had been unable to reach home owing to illness, I was really pleased with the assistance I received yesterday from the web support team. There was no way the operator who resolved the issue for me (Ellen) could have been more polite and supportive. The level of service was outstanding—the finest I've received from anyone in a long time. Kudos to Virgin East Coast!
