Great, helpful in-shop staff. I usually use click and collect to purchase items from sales at my neighbourhood Berkhamsted store. JJMB makes use of Evri. As soon as the shipment enters the system, Evri will send you an email. After the store notifies you that the box is ready for pickup, there won't be any more tracking updates or app notifications. I was pleased to receive an automated email apologising for the delayed goods; JJMB assumed it would not be able to supply the item and promptly refunded.

Outstanding client support! When I had to return a few items, the customer support was excellent. The Horsham location has really friendly, helpful personnel, and it's great to have a space to feed your baby if you're in town and need somewhere to go.
