Dear Store Management

I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely unpleasant incident that occurred at your Iceland store in Tooting earlier today. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the behavior of one of your employees, an elderly English woman who was handling online shopping for customers. Her actions were completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and mistreated as a customer.

At approximately 8:55 am, I encountered this employee, described as having short grey bobbed hair, while I was shopping in the store. On three separate occasions, she intentionally pushed her shopping trolley in front of me, obstructing my path. Initially, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been an accident. However, it became evident that her behavior was deliberate and accompanied by inappropriate and derogatory comments directed towards me.

Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns and asked to speak to a manager, I was informed by other customer service assistants that no one was available to handle my complaint at that moment and was asked to return later. This lack of immediate attention and support added to my frustration and disbelief.

To my astonishment, as I was leaving the store, this employee pursued me and resorted to name-calling, shouting derogatory language such as "mad bi*ch." Such unprofessional behavior from a staff member is simply unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.

I feel compelled to bring this incident to your attention and request an urgent investigation into the matter. It is essential that appropriate action is taken to address this employee's behavior and prevent further incidents of this nature. As a loyal customer, I expect a resolution to this issue, and I kindly request that you contact me as soon as possible to discuss the steps you will be taking.

If this matter is not handled promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to share my experience on various review platforms and social media channels. I believe it is in your best interest to rectify this situation swiftly and ensure that all employees are trained to treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Is Iceland running a competition on Facebook with a prize of £500.00 for instore shopping? Being a long time customer of Iceland i thought i would enter the competition. I was asked what i thought were too many personal questions so i discontinued filling in the application form only to have been called on several occasions to to inform me i had won the first round and then they went on to ask about Funeral insurance. Can you inform me if this is a scam?

Got them home and they were all rotten in the middle and when we went back to get bananas they were watery and black just left on the shelves to rot further. Not gonna buy any fresh produce from them until this is sorted. Absolutely DISGUSTING
